TAMPA, FL - October 1, 2008 - Nathaniel S. Hatcher has joined Hill Ward Henderson as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. His practice focus involves the defense of product liability claims. He represents major tobacco companies involved in individual smoking and health litigation. Hatcher is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law. While attending Stetson, he was a member of Stetson’s Mock Trial Board, participating in several regional and national trial competitions across the country. Upon graduation, he received the Henry Burnett Trial Advocacy Award presented by the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
