HILL WARD HENDERSON REAL ESTATE GROUP FEATURED IN TAMPA BAY BUSINESS JOURNAL

TAMPA, FL - January 9, 2010 - The Real Estate Group of Hill Ward Henderson was featured in today's issue of Tampa Bay Business Journal. The publication highlighted the firm's representation of CFL Pizza, LLC in a deal close to $35 million to acquire 91 area Pizza Hut restaurants in Orlando. The deal took nearly a year to coordinate and closed in December. The time spent coordinating the deal was partly due to the complexity of the real estate involved with 23 of the restaurants being fee properties and 68 being leases. Hill Ward Henderson Attorneys Steve Hudoba and Tom Goeglein worked on behalf of the firm's Real Estate Group in representing CFL in the transaction.
"Despite many points of contact and a mountain of regulatory work handled in part by the firm's established paralegals, things went smoothly," said Mr. Hudoba. "That was a nice change from the lease concessions and defaults that have been out there in the market."
