RACHEL M. FEINMAN JOINS HILL WARD HENDERSON
TAMPA, FL - March 6, 2008 - Rachel M. Feinman has joined Hill Ward Henderson as an Associate in the firm's Corporate & Tax Group. Her practice focuses on general corporate and securities matters. Prior to joining the firm, Feinman worked in the New York office of an international firm, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law.
TAMPA, FL - February 1, 2008 - John Holcomb, attorney with Hill Ward Henderson, was recently sworn in as the National President-Elect of the American Board of Trial Advocates. The swearing in ceremony took place in Beverly Hills, California, on January 26th. In this role, Holcomb will serve as a board officer as he prepares to assume the position of National President for the organization in 2009.
The American Board of Trial Advocates is dedicated to the preservation of the civil jury trial. The organization is comprised of more than 6,100 attorneys across the country that embody skill, civility and integrity. Members are involved in helping younger attorneys achieve a higher level of trial advocacy. In addition, the organization educates the public about the vital importance of the Seventh Amendment. TAMPA, FL - January 22, 2008 - R. Craig Mayfield and Patrick J. Risch have recently been elected as shareholders at Tampa law firm Hill Ward Henderson. Mayfield serves in the firm's Litigation Group, and his practice includes the defense of product liability and complex mass tort claims, representing various industrial, pharmaceutical, commercial and consumer industries. Mayfield has been with Hill Ward Henderson since 2000.
Risch practices in the firm's Real Property Litigation Group, representing Florida property owners in ad valorem tax issues. He also represents clients in the area of will and trust disputes, and claims involving non-competition and non-solicitation covenants. Risch has been with Hill Ward Henderson since 1999.
