Tim is a Shareholder in the firm’s Litigation Group, with a focus on construction related claims. As a Board Certified Construction Attorney, he has experience representing owners, developers, contractors, construction managers, design professionals and subcontractors in all phases of the construction process, with an emphasis on complex construction litigation. Tim has also authored articles and spoken at seminars on various construction law matters.
Active in both professional and Bar related activities, Tim currently serves as the membership chair for the Construction Law Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and is actively involved with the Florida Bar Construction Law Committee and Division 7 (Bonds, Liens & Insurance) of the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry.
Tim is active in the community, he remains involved with the Child Abuse Council with his wife, Sharon, who currently serves on its board. Tim also volunteers on a regular basis with Bay Area Legal Services.
