Phil is an Associate in the firm’s Construction and Design section and a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. His practice is concentrated in the areas of construction litigation, including representation of developers, contractors and sureties in defect cases, contract bond litigation and bankruptcy proceedings related to construction and lending. He also practices in the area of creditors' rights litigation.
Active in his profession, Phil is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of both state and local Bars. In addition, as a member of The Florida Bar, Phil belongs to the Real Property, Probate & Trust Section.
Active in the community, Phil is a member of the Dartmouth Lawyers Association and remains involved with the Tampa Dartmouth Club, where he serves as a local interviewer for high school seniors applying to Dartmouth College. Additionally, Phil serves on the Jesuit High School Alumni Council.
In law school, Phil was a member of the Florida Law Review and was selected to be a member in the Order of the Coif.
Outside the office, Phil enjoys spending time with family and friends and following sports at both the professional and collegiate levels. He also enjoys traveling, reading, and day trips to the beach.
