Tim is a Shareholder and leads the firm’s Construction & Design Group. His practice primarily involves the preparation of development, design and construction contracts and the mediation, arbitration and litigation of claims relating to real estate development, design and construction.
Tim’s litigation experience includes defective construction claims, delay claims, design negligence, the defense of claims by condominium associations, lien foreclosure actions and payment and performance bond claims. Tim worked on the contracts for the development, design and construction of the Florida Aquarium, Raymond James Stadium, and One Buccaneer Place, the corporate headquarters of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Tim serves on the national roster of certified arbitrators with the American Arbitration Association.
Tim is also active in the community. He is a member of Bayshore Baptist Church where he serves on the General Board of Deacons. He remains involved with the Auburn Alumni Association, as well as various charitable organizations, including Fight Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
