Scott is a Shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate and Tax Groups.
Scott's real estate practice primarily involves commercial leasing, and he has extensive experience representing national and regional landlords and tenants in a wide range of office, retail, industrial, and mixed use lease transactions.
Scott's corporate practice involves representing clients in general corporate and business matters, including various types of commercial agreements, securities offerings and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. He also represents several venture capital funds in connection with private equity and loan transactions.
Scott is currently serving as Vice Chair of the Office Leasing Committee of the ABA's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. He is also a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
When out of the office, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons. He also enjoys playing tennis, golf, guitar, and running.
For the last several years, Scott has been very active in fundraising for The American Cancer Society's annual Making Strides for Breast Cancer event.
