Roz is a Shareholder in the firm’s Litigation Group. Her practice primarily involves the defense of nursing homes, adult living and healthcare facilities, their employees and consultants. She practices in the firm’s labor and employment group defending and advising employers in employment-related disputes, claims involving the Americans with Disability Act (“ADA”) and investigations by the Department of Labor.

Roz has achieved the highest peer review rating of AV, and has been a regular speaker at Defense Research Institute (DRI) and other seminars pertaining to nursing home related issues.
