Chris joined Hill Ward Henderson as Chief Operating Officer in 1999. Chris graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma business honorary. Before joining Hill Ward Henderson, Chris was the Vice President, Administration at Glenn, Rasmussen & Fogarty, P.A. Chris is an ex-officio member of the firm's management, compensation, and profit sharing committees.

Chris served twice as President of the Suncoast Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, from 1991-1992 and again from 2001-2002, and was a member of the Board of Directors from 1988-1993 and from 2001-2003. He was Chairman of the Financial Section in 1989, and The Florida Bar and Hillsborough County Liaison Chair in 1998. He is a member of the National Association of Legal Administrators and a past member of the Tampa Bay Recruitment Administrators Association.

Chris has participated in various community activities, including a local board for the United Way, and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for Catholic Charities, Diocese of St. Petersburg, for which he serves on the planning and evaluation, finance and executive committees.
