Brian is a Shareholder in the firm and heads the firm's Trusts & Estates Group. His practice includes tax, estate, asset protection, and privacy protection planning for wealthy individuals, business executives, professionals, and closely held businesses. He regularly speaks on these topics at seminars sponsored by various organizations and has published numerous articles on them as well.
Brian is very active in The Florida Bar's Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law ("RPPTL") Section, in which he is a member of both the Executive Council and the Estate and Trust Tax Planning Committee, and the Vice Chair of the Asset Preservation Committee. He likewise is very active in The Florida Bar's Tax Section, in which he is a member of the Executive Council and is a past Committee Chair. He also serves as liaison between those two sections.
Brian is very active in the Gulf Ridge Council, Boy Scouts of America, Inc., for which he serves as Vice President-Endowment, Chairman of the Endowment Committee, an Assistant Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troup 4, Chartered Organization Representative for Cub Scout Pack 23, and a BSA Lifeguard.
