Kevin is a Shareholder in the firm's Corporate & Tax Group. His primary practice focus is in the area of mergers and acquisitions assisting clients with their respective growth and divestiture plans. In addition, his practice includes representation of organizations in all stages of development and covers a variety of business matters, including organizational issues, securities offerings, strategic alliances and general corporate law. Kevin also has significant experience with joint ventures, including those involving large real estate projects.
As part of his mergers and acquisitions practice, Kevin has represented clients in the sale or acquisition of manufacturing companies and divisions, automobile dealerships and groups, physician practices, restaurants, engineering firms, clinical laboratories and other professional service providers. He currently serves a lead role for a team engaged by a large public company to serve as its national acquisition and divestiture counsel.
Active with civic and charitable organizations in the community, Kevin offers his time as legal counsel to, and as a member of the Board of Directors of, the Hillsborough Education Foundation. In his recreational time, Kevin enjoys being with his family, following college football and saltwater fishing.
