Jeanie joined Hill Ward Henderson as Director of Recruitment and Human Resources in 2000.

In her time at Case Western Reserve University, she was an award-winning member of the International Moot Court team. After graduating from law school, Jeanie practiced law for five years at the southern Ohio law firm of Coolidge, Wall, Womsley & Lombard. Her practice focused primarily on employment issues and general commercial litigation. She was active in the firm's recruiting, clerkship and mentoring programs.

At Hill Ward Henderson, Jeanie oversees all issues related to human resources including the hiring of staff as well as the creation and maintenance of firm policies and procedures. With respect to recruiting, Jeanie works closely with the firm's hiring partner in the hiring of both summer associates and lateral attorneys. Under the direction of the assistant hiring partner, she runs the firm's summer associate program.

Jeanie has served as President, Vice President and Treasurer of the Tampa Bay Recruitment Administrators Association. She has spoken at national conferences and at law schools on various topics related to employment law and recruiting, and has been published in the National Association for Law Placement's monthly professional publication.

Jeanie is a former member of the Boards of Trustees of the American Red Cross and Big Brothers/Big Sisters, as well as various fundraising committees for both the Dayton Art Institute and the Tampa Museum of Art. She is also a past recipient of the Dayton Business News “40 Under 40” award.

In her free time, Jeanie enjoys reading, golf, and spending time with family.
