Hill Ward Henderson is an AV rated firm that offers sophisticated clients, challenging work, a friendly, collegial work environment and excellent compensation and benefits. We are looking for a qualified individual to work in our Operations Department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide backup for receptionist for breaks, lunches and vacations.
- Prepare documents for scanning and indexing.
- Scan documents and move files to firm server. Ensure documents are not lost, misfiled or destroyed.
- Assist Office Services as needed with conference room set-ups, restocking kitchens, lunch set-ups.
- Assist in Copy Center as needed.
- Responsible for the inventory and ordering of office supplies and restocking items.
- Assist Operations Manager with special projects and other assignments.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an office environment
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Candidate must also have strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking, attending to detail and organizational skills. Candidate must also have solid computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
