Project Assistant - Real Property/Ad Valorem Tax
The firm is seeking a motivated Project Assistant to support its Real Property/Ad Valorem Tax Litigation team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic legal department while gaining hands‑on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative and litigation‑related tasks.
- Assist with scheduling, calendaring, and tracking deadlines.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain case files and legal documents.
- Perform document filing, scanning, and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with clients, experts, court personnel, and internal team members.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient workflow within the litigation department.
- Maintain high standards of organization and documentation.
Required:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a litigation department.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
