Project Assistant - Real Property/Ad Valorem Tax

The firm is seeking a motivated Project Assistant to support its Real Property/Ad Valorem Tax Litigation team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic legal department while gaining hands‑on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative and litigation‑related tasks.
  • Assist with scheduling, calendaring, and tracking deadlines.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain case files and legal documents.
  • Perform document filing, scanning, and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, experts, court personnel, and internal team members.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient workflow within the litigation department.
  • Maintain high standards of organization and documentation.

Required:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a litigation department.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
