William J. Judge, Jr. - Shareholder

Bill is a Shareholder in Hill Ward Henderson's Litigation Group. His practice primarily involves medical and automotive products liability, commercial disagreements, automotive and general liability, construction disputes, medical malpractice, and intellectual property. He has represented a variety of Fortune 500 clients in litigation involving medical devices, air bags, seatbelts, automotive brake systems, pharmaceuticals, restraint of trade/non-compete agreements, contract disputes, power tools, premises liability, complex multi-unit construction projects, and intellectual property.  In addition to statewide representation of clients, Bill also handled several litigation matters in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Bill is active in both professional and bar-related activities. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Medical Manufacturers' Consortium, a statewide association of medical technology firms. He is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, an invitation-only association of corporate and defense attorneys, is active in the Defense Research Institute (DRI), is a member of the Product Liability Committee of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association (FDLA), and is a member of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM).  Bill is also a member of Litigation Sections for the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. 

Active in the community, Bill has served as a marketing board member for Tampa's Lifepath Hospice, has performed volunteer work for Pinellas Association for Retarded Children and has served as a member of the construction committee for Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough County. Outside of the office, Bill enjoys exercising, bicycling, reading, and spending time with his wife and twin daughters.
