Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce the addition of four attorneys to the firm: Chris W. Bonser, Britney A. Deas, Kally A. Feldman, and Victor M. Fox.
Bonser joins the firm’s Corporate and Tax Group, where he advises private equity firms, portfolio companies, and public and private businesses across a broad range of industries on complex corporate transactions. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, venture capital financing, divestitures, carve-outs, joint ventures, corporate governance, and general corporate and securities matters.
Deas joins the firm’s Litigation Group as an associate. Her practice focuses primarily on real property litigation and matters involving land use and development rights. Deas earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law as an Ethos of Excellence Scholar, the law school’s highest merit-based scholarship distinction.
Feldman also joins the Litigation Group as an associate. Her practice focuses primarily on medical malpractice, hospital liability, nursing home, and long-term care facility defense. Before joining Hill Ward Henderson, Feldman represented hospitals in insurance coverage disputes involving improperly denied claims before focusing her practice on the defense of hospitals and other health care providers in medical malpractice actions.
Fox joins the firm’s Corporate & Tax Group, where he focuses on tax law, mergers and acquisitions, and complex transactional matters. He advises clients on a broad range of domestic and international tax issues and assists businesses in navigating sophisticated transactions and tax controversies. His experience includes helping clients anticipate and address potential IRS challenges involving the step transaction doctrine, economic substance doctrine, and valuation issues arising from complex international transactions.
