Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce that attorney Kendra Lyman has been appointed to serve on the Construction Law Certification Committee of The Florida Bar, effective July 1, 2026, for a three-year term.
The Construction Law Certification Committee administers Florida Bar board certification in construction law, including evaluating applicants, developing examination materials, and helping maintain the high standards required for board certification. Board certification is the highest level of evaluation by The Florida Bar of an attorney's competency, experience, professionalism, and ethics within a specialty area of law.
Lyman is a member of Hill Ward Henderson's Construction & Design group and is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Construction Law. She advises clients on a broad range of construction-related matters, representing owners, developers, contractors, design professionals, and other industry participants in complex disputes involving contracts, construction defects, payment claims, liens, bonds, and insurance issues.
