Hill Ward Henderson is proud to announce that the Florida Supreme Court has certified attorney Gregory P. Brown as a Circuit Court Mediator.

Brown’s litigation experience has been broad, which enables him to quickly digest the legal positions of competing parties in all types of civil litigation matters.  Brown has focused his practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on complex business litigation, real estate and construction litigation.  However, he has also litigated and tried significant tort-related and personal injury matters. He has litigated some of the most high-profile and precedent-setting cases in Florida under the state’s non-compete statute, earning multiple trial and appellate victories. In his real estate and construction litigation practice, Brown has principally represented large national homebuilders, developers, and contractors. He also dedicates a portion of his practice to representing sureties in contract and commercial bond disputes, as well as creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.

Brown is a practical consensus builder, who has a unique talent for understanding the motivation of parties in multi-party disputes, where money is not the only object.  He has used this talent to find practical solutions to seemingly intractable problems.  Brown keeps his eye on the bottom line and has used hard fought experience to find cost-effective solutions when parties need them the most.
