Kelly leads Hill Ward Henderson’s Intellectual Property & Technology Group and has extensive experience representing clients in a full range of intellectual property matters. His practice includes patent and trademark prosecution and guiding clients in intellectual property and technology mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments, and technology licensing transactions.
Lytvyn is a registered patent attorney with more than 15 years of U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) practice experience and one of only 133 Florida attorneys to hold Board Certification in Intellectual Property Law by The Florida Bar. His practice spans patent and trademark prosecution, federal IP litigation, post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), as well as IP diligence and negotiations in corporate transactions.
