Josh Webb represents clients in the prosecution and defense of complex commercial litigation, trials, and appeals that involve a variety of business-related disputes. He has litigated and tried cases throughout the state of Florida, and in business and complex case divisions of courts and forums in other jurisdictions including New York, California, and Delaware. Josh devotes a substantial portion of his practice to representing clients in professional liability matters for law firms and company directors and officers. For many years, Josh's practice has been recognized and awarded in different rankings and legal publications, including Chambers USA where Josh is one of only nine lawyers in Tampa to be recognized in the area of commercial litigation.
Over the course of his career, Josh has always been committed to serving the legal profession beyond his day-to-day practice. Most recently, Josh was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to serve a three-year term on the Second District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission, where he will assist in evaluating applicants for judicial office and making recommendations to the Governor for appointments. Josh has also served on multiple Florida Bar standing committees and the Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors. In addition, Josh has served as the chair of, and on the national steering committees for the young lawyers section of an international defense and business bar organization, as well as on the steering committee of its professional liability section.
Josh also stays very active in the community and at home. He serves as the chairman of the board of directors of Bok Tower Gardens, a non-profit public garden and National Historic Landmark in Lake Wales, Florida, and Josh and his growing family are active parishioners at Christ the King Catholic Church in Tampa, Florida.
