Overview
Alyssa is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Tax group. Her practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate advice, private equity, and venture capital.
Alyssa graduated from the University of Florida with her bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and master’s in Management. She then graduated from Wake Forest University with her Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration. While at law school Alyssa served as President of the Business Law Society, President of the Transactional Law Team, and a member of the Leadership and Character Cohort.
Outside of the office, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her dog, playing pickleball, and watching Gator sports.
