Overview

Emily Weaver is an experienced real estate attorney who advises clients on a wide range of commercial transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing matters. Her practice spans a variety of asset classes and industries, and she regularly guides clients through the negotiation and documentation of complex real estate deals. Emily’s experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents, while providing strategic, practical counsel to support both ongoing operations and significant transactions.

Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, Emily worked in Atlanta where she gained significant experience in commercial real estate and finance. Emily earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as Executive Symposium Editor for the Florida Law Review. She holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science and Communications from North Carolina State University.
