Gabby M. Strasser

Gabby Strasser is an associate in the Corporate and Tax Group at Hill Ward Henderson. Her practice encompasses securities, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance matters, and commercial lending. She works with lenders and borrowers to structure, document, and negotiate many types of commercial finance deals—such as secured and unsecured revolving and term loan facilities, syndicated credit facilities, cash-flow and asset-based loans, and acquisition financings.

Previously, Gabby was a corporate associate at Sullivan & Worcester LLP in Boston, where she worked in securities and capital markets, fund formation, investment management, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Gabby earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and holds a B.A. in political science from University of California, San Diego, where she graduated summa cum laude. While in law school, Gabby was a member of the Boston University International Law Journal. Gabby is barred in both Massachusetts and Florida.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Gabby worked as a seventh-grade science teacher in a public school in the Greater Boston area, where she helped pilot a climate change resilience program with the New England Aquarium.
