Overview
Jacob Phelps is an associate in the firm’s Construction Practice Group. His practice includes representing clients in a wide range of construction-related matters.
Jacob graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University College of Law where he served as a Notes and Comments Editor for Florida State University Law Review. Jacob was a member of the Moot Court team and competed in the IISL Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition in Washington D.C., and the UCLA Cybercrimes Moot Court Competition in Los Angeles. Jacob is also a published author in the Florida State University Law Review, Volume 52. Prior to law school, Jacob played baseball at Columbia University and served as team captain in his senior year where the Lions won an Ivy League Championship.
Outside of the office, Jacob enjoys working out, playing golf and pickleball, spending time with friends and family, and watching sports.
