Lauren G. Ferguson

Lauren Ferguson is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. Her practice primarily focuses on complex commercial litigation.

Lauren graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law as a Gerard Ehrich Scholar. During law school, she served as a Staff Editor of the Race and Social Justice Law Review, was elected by her peers to serve on the School of Law’s Honor Council and completed a General Counsel Practicum. She also demonstrated a commitment to pro bono service throughout her academic career by volunteering with a Prison Writing Program, where she provided legal writing instruction to incarcerated women seeking to advance their legal claims.

Prior to law school, Lauren graduated from the University of Florida, where she served as a Florida Cicerone and was tapped into the Spring 2022 Class of Florida Blue Key.

A proud Tampa native, Lauren is honored to practice in her hometown, helping clients protect their businesses in high-stakes disputes through strategic risk management and creative problem-solving.

Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys cooking, Pilates, and cheering for the Gators!
