Overview
Peter Dragna is an associate in the firm's Corporate and Tax Group. He advises private equity firms, portfolio companies, and public and private businesses across a broad range of industries on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, divestitures, carve-outs, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.
Before joining Hill Ward Henderson, Peter was an associate in the Corporate Group at Troutman Pepper Locke LLP in Atlanta, Georgia where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters.
Peter is a Tampa native, and outside of the office, Peter enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the Florida State Seminoles.

- Represented Payroc WorldAccess in its $440 million acquisition of the merchant services business, along with related payments software and technology solutions, of i3 Verticals, LLC (NASDAQ:IIIV).
- Represented Quikrete Holdings, Inc. in its $2.74 billion acquisition of Forterra, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed manufacturer of water and drainage infrastructure pipe and products.
- Represented a national, discount grocer in its conversion to a wholesale model though the sale of approximately 300 corporate-owned retail locations in multiple separate transactions.
- Represented Littlejohn & Co. in the $1.25 billion sale of HydroChemPSC, a supplier of various maintenance, cleaning, and other industrial services to refineries, electric generating plants, and other energy companies, to Clean Harbors, Inc. (NYSE:CLH).
- Represented Guardian Capital Partners in its sale of Tactical Medical Solutions, a designer, developer, and manufacturer of medical products that equip, train, and protect professionals in pre-hospital, emergency trauma situations, to CNL Strategic Capital.
- Represented one of the largest manufacturers of wire and cable, tools, components, and assembled solutions in the U.S. in various strategic transactions.
- Represented an educational software company in its strategic acquisition of a medical education software company.
- Represented a global payments leader in the strategic acquisition of a leading provider of electronic payment processing solutions throughout Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
