Our Corporate & Tax Group serves as outside corporate counsel to clients on a broad range of business and legal issues.
Many corporate clients seek our attorneys' advice for key agreements governing employment, non-compete, confidentiality, supply, manufacturing, and equity-based compensation arrangements. We often represent clients in dealings with lenders and other financing sources.
