Ajay K. Malshe Joins Hill Ward Henderson

Ajay K. Malshe joins Hill Ward Henderson as an Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Tax Group. His practice encompasses a broad range of corporate transactional matters including venture capital and private equity, joint ventures, partnerships and securities. Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, Mr. Malshe was formerly in-house counsel with Citigroup's Global Banking and Capital Markets Organization Group working with foreign issuers of U.S. securities.
