Our Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights team represents and advises many of the state’s leading financial institutions, private lenders, investment groups, leasing companies, public and private corporations, commercial landlords and real estate investment entities in all aspects of the debtor/creditor relationship. We regularly handle a broad variety of sophisticated bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation matters, creditors' rights litigation, foreclosure proceedings and problem loan workouts, lender liability litigation and other related complex commercial litigation cases. Our firm provides our clients with real world, practical and cost-effective business-focused solutions to virtually any insolvency-related or debtor-creditor matter.

Given our wide spectrum of clients, we are experienced in all aspects of insolvency-related practice, including representing debtors, creditors, investors, trustees, receivers and committees in asset purchases and sales, automatic stay litigation, contested and uncontested reorganization processes, avoidable transfer litigation, as well as other complex litigation in state, federal and bankruptcy courts.
