Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator with work closely with the Operations Manager in regarding to facilities and firm requirements.  The Operations Coordinator is also responsible for accurately communicating with Operations and Copy Center team members regarding commitments and deadlines for attorneys, staff and administration.  The Operations Coordinator ensures that all services are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.


  • Responsible for supervision of operation team members and providing input for evaluations
  • Communicate with Copy Center Team Lead to ensure compliance with standards of operations and follow established quality control guidelines and procedures for production requests.
  • Coordinate support activities (i.e. office moves and file relocation)
  • Provide input for setting/managing Operations Department yearly budget
  • Work with and build relationships with vendors
  • Answer telephone inquiries
  • Assist with special projects as needed


  • Minimum of two years’ demonstrated supervisory experience
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in an office environment
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

Candidate must also have strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking, attending to detail and organizational skills.  Candidate must also have solid computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
