The firm is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Project Assistant position in their Trust & Estates Department.  This position is an opportunity for a candidate to learn and grow with a law firm through on-the-job training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year experience in a professional office environment
  • Preferred, but not required:
    • Candidates who have or are working on a two-year paralegal degree or certificate
    • Experience or familiarity with general trust & estate administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook and willingness to learn other computer software
