Overview

Tyler Hill concentrates his practice primarily in real estate development, finance, and leasing.

Tyler regularly represents real estate developers in connection with all phases of retail shopping center development, including site acquisition, construction and permanent financing, anchor leasing and pad sales and outparcel leasing and sales. In addition, he has an active commercial lending practice with national and regional lending institutions, with a focus on real estate-secured loans. Tyler's leasing practice primarily involves representing national and local landlords and tenants in a retail office and industrial lease transactions throughout the state of Florida and Southeast United States.

Active in the community, Tyler serves as a member of the Board of Directors for The Florida Aquarium. He serves as an officer, elder and legal counsel at The First Presbyterian Church of Tampa. In addition, Tyler tutors early readers at Mitchell Elementary School and coaches girls lacrosse at South Tampa Sticks. 

In his time away from the office, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, collegiate sports, road trips and barbeque.
