Scott Dibbs is a Shareholder and leads the firm's Commercial Leasing Group. He is also a member of the firm's Real Estate Group and Corporate and Tax Group. 

Scott's practice primarily involves commercial leasing, and he has extensive experience representing national and regional landlords and tenants in a wide range of office, retail, industrial, ground, build-to-suit, and mixed-use lease transactions. Scott recently served as Chair of the Leasing Group of the ABA's Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section, and he previously served as Chair of the Office Leasing Committee within the Leasing Group. Scott is a frequent lecturer and author on various commercial leasing topics.

Scott recently completed a six year term serving on the Board of Trustees at St. Mary's Episcopal Day School in Tampa. Scott has also been very active in fundraising for The American Cancer Society's annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event.
