Under Fulton’s leadership, Hill Ward Henderson has continued to strengthen its position as one of Florida’s leading law firms with a steadfast commitment to its culture, clients, and values.
Fulton’s professional affiliations include the Product Liability Advisory Council, Defense Research Institute, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, The Trial Network, and the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel. He currently serves as a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
Fulton remains actively involved with the HWH Scholarship Committee, helping advance the firm's commitment to educational opportunity by awarding scholarships to deserving high school seniors throughout the Tampa Bay community.
Deeply involved in the community, Fulton currently co-chairs the American Heart Association Lawyers with Heart for the Tampa Bay Heart Walk, serves as a member of Executives with Heart, and previously served on the Heart Walk Executive Committee. His civic engagement extends to numerous local organizations, including the George Edgecomb Bar Association, Miles for Moffitt, the Heart Ball, and Meals on Wheels, where he proudly represents the firm at community events and fundraisers.
