Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce the election of Kendra Lyman to senior counsel.
Lyman is a member of the firm’s Construction & Design group and is board certified by The Florida Bar in Construction Law. She advises clients on a broad range of construction-related matters, representing owners, developers, contractors, design professionals, and other industry participants in complex disputes involving contracts, construction defects, payment claims, liens, bonds, and insurance issues.
In addition to her construction law practice, Lyman has experience handling business litigation matters. Her combination of construction industry knowledge and litigation experience allows her to provide clients with practical, strategic guidance tailored to the unique challenges that arise throughout the construction and development process.

Most recently, Lyman was elected to serve on The Florida Bar’s Standing Committee on Construction Law Certification. She is also actively involved with the Hillsborough County Bar Association and Associated Builders & Contractors, Inc. – Florida Gulf Coast Chapter.
