Kally A. Feldman

Kally Feldman is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. Kally’s practice primarily focuses on medical malpractice, hospital liability, nursing home, and long-term care facility defense. Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, Kally defended hospitals in wrongfully denied insurance claims before focusing her practice on defending hospitals and health care providers in medical malpractice actions. Kally also has experience representing health care providers in Department of Health licensure investigations.

Kally graduated cum laude from Florida State University where she thereafter attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law during which time she served as a Research Assistant in Antitrust Law.

Outside the office, Kally values spending time with her husband and two dogs, Charles and Sophie, and also enjoys time spent cooking and practicing yoga.
