Overview
Victor Fox is an associate in the Corporate & Tax Group where he focuses his practice on tax law, mergers and acquisitions, and complex transactional matters. Victor advises clients on a wide range of domestic and international tax issues and assists businesses in navigating sophisticated transactions and tax controversies. His experience includes helping clients anticipate and address potential IRS challenges involving the step transaction doctrine, economic substance doctrine, and valuation issues related to complex international transactions.
In addition to his transactional practice, Victor has experience representing clients throughout all phases of tax controversy matters, from audit through trial. This background gives him a practical perspective when developing strategies for complex business and tax matters.
Outside of work, Victor enjoys spending time with his wife and their two rescue dogs, Manny and Millie, attending concerts, reading, and following his favorite sports teams.
