B. Ben Dachepalli, a Shareholder in Hill Ward Henderson’s Construction Group, was recently elected by his peers as the President of the Leadership Florida 31st class. In addition, Mr. Dachepalli will serve a term on the Board of Directors of Leadership Florida. A statewide community of leaders actively engaged in understanding and serving our state, the Leadership Florida program is highly competitive accepting only between 40 and 70 leaders throughout the state each year.
Created in 1982, Leadership Florida builds a sense of statewide community by identifying and training individuals with the passion and commitment to help make great things happen in our state. The program is designed to provide leaders with important and relevant information that is extremely useful in professional and civic life for participants.
Mr. Dachepalli serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Children’s Dream Fund, a nonprofit organization which fulfills the dreams of children suffering from life-threatening and debilitating illnesses. He is also active with many professional and community organizations.
