Brett J. Preston, a Shareholder at Hill Ward Henderson, was recently elected to the Board of Directors for The Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC), an international, invitation only defense organization. The FDCC is composed of recognized leaders in the legal community who have achieved professional distinction, is dedicated to promoting knowledge, fellowship and professionalism of its members as they pursue the course of a balanced justice system and represent those in need of defense in civil lawsuits.
Mr. Preston is part of the firm’s Litigation Group and he also serves as Hill Ward Henderson’s General Counsel. Although his practice emphasizes the defense of professional malpractice and life, health, and disability insurance cases, Mr. Preston also represents clients involved in other serious personal injury, products liability, toxic tort, and commercial disputes. He is also a Certified Circuit Mediator and periodically mediates complex commercial, insurance, professional liability, and personal injury cases.
