B. Ben Dachepalli, Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Construction & Design Practice Group at Hill Ward Henderson, was recently asked to serve on the Selection Committee for this year's Leadership Florida Class - Class XXXVI. The Leadership Florida Selection Committee is comprised of Leadership Florida graduates from all over the state, seeks to identify those individuals most likely to apply their leadership skills for the long-term benefit of Florida.
Created in 1982, Leadership Florida builds a sense of statewide community by identifying and training individuals with the passion and commitment to help make great things happen. The program is designed to provide leaders with important and relevant information that is extremely useful in ones professional and civic life. The organization's mission is still true today where more than 1,800 men and women have graduated from its ranks.
As a Board Certified Construction Attorney, Mr. Dachepalli’s practice includes the negotiation and drafting of construction related agreements and complex construction litigation claims regarding contracts, construction defects, design errors, and construction liens. He has authored articles and spoken at numerous seminars on various construction law topics.
Dachepalli is active in many civic and charitable organizations. He is the former chair and current member of the Board of Directors for the Children's Dream Fund, a nonprofit organization which fulfills the dreams of children suffering from life-threatening and debilitating illnesses. He is also an active member of Leadership Florida (Class XXXI), a former member of its Board of Directors, and current member of its Leadership Team.
