A. Evan Dix joins Hill Ward Henderson as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. His practice focuses primarily on real estate litigation, land use and zoning litigation, as well as eminent domain and general commercial litigation.
Mr. Dix graduated magna cum laude from Stetson University College of Law where he received the Edward D. Foreman Most Distinguished Student Award. During law school he served as the Editor in Chief for Stetson Law Review and competed with Stetson’s Moot Court Board. Mr. Dix earned book awards in several courses, including Evidence, Antitrust, Professional Responsibility, and Trial Advocacy.
