Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to welcome Matthew “Matt” Lastinger as an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Tax group. Mr. Lastinger’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, as well as general corporate advice. He has represented both public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation and securities reporting and compliance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lastinger was an associate in the Tampa office of Holland & Knight LLP. Mr. Lastinger received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2016. During law school at the University of Florida, he was a member of the Florida Law Review. Prior to law school, Mr. Lastinger received both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education degrees from the University of Florida.
