Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce the election of Ajay K. Malshe to senior counsel. This election now brings the firm’s number of senior counsel to four, out of 102 attorneys.
Mr. Malshe is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Tax group where he represents privately-held companies, private equity and venture capital funds, institutional investors, family offices and other high net worth individuals in a variety of business combination and other transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships and other strategic investments. In addition, he regularly advises clients with respect to organizational matters, corporate governance, equity financing, shareholder and operating agreements, commercial agreements and other general corporate matters.
Outside of the office, Ajay also serves on the Equal Business Opportunity Advisory Committee of the City of Tampa and is a member of the Tampa Bay chapter of the New Leaders Council.
