Andrew E. Peluso Appointed Assignment and Subletting Vice-Chair of The Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Committee for The American Bar Association

Hill Ward Henderson is proud to announce that associate Andrew E. “Andy” Peluso has recently been elected to serve as the 2019-2020 Assignment and Subletting Vice-Chair of the Real Property, Trust & Estate Law (RPTE) Committee for the American Bar Association (ABA), effective September 1, 2019.

As a leader of the RPTE Assignment and Subletting Committee, Mr. Peluso will serve as a key member of the dynamic group responsible for reviewing the drafting techniques, landlord and tenant strategies, and legal interpretations that affect assignments and subleases and provides practical advice on changing trends.

The RPTE Law Section is a leading national forum for lawyers, and currently has over 25,000 members. The Real Property Division focuses on legal aspects of property use, ownership, development, transfer, regulation, financing, taxation and disposal. The Trust and Estate Division focuses on all aspects of trusts, estate planning, employee benefits, insurance, and probate and trust litigation.

Mr. Peluso is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group, where he focuses on real estate acquisition & development, real estate finance, and commercial leasing.
