Shareholder Jeffrey J. Wilcox Selected to Join Leadership Tampa Class of 2021

Hill Ward Henderson is proud to announce that shareholder Jeffrey J. Wilcox has been selected to participate in Leadership Tampa’s Class of 2021.

Founded and managed by the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Tampa is a leadership group comprised of thirty-nine dynamic and diverse professionals who serve in leadership roles within their organization, and who have demonstrated concern for community issues and volunteered their time with service and professional organizations.

Members of Leadership Tampa participate in educational sessions, tours, and candid conversations with community leaders on a variety of topics over the intensive six-month program. The curriculum will focus on Tampa Bay’s various industries such as tourism/hospitality, economic development, health care and sports, and will also tie in Covid-19, social justice and mental health into all of its classes.

Wilcox is a shareholder in the firm’s Litigation Group. His practice primarily focuses in the area of labor and employment, commercial litigation, cybersecurity, and automotive compliance. Wilcox represents employers in litigation involving claims of employment harassment, discrimination, retaliation, leave laws, wage and hour laws, whistleblower laws, enforcement of and defense against non-solicitation and non-competition agreements, background check laws, and other employment-related claims. Wilcox represents numerous industries, including clients within the automotive, retail, hospitality, health services, transportation, manufacturing, and construction industries.
