Schlotthauer joins the firm as an associate, focusing her practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate governance matters. She represents clients in a wide range of M&A transactions involving private equity firms, privately held companies, and public companies, including the sale of founder-owned businesses, platform and add-on acquisitions for private equity firms, and strategic acquisitions for public companies. In addition to her transactional practice, Schlotthauer advises clients on public company reporting requirements and the proxy process under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
