Overview
Hailey Schlotthauer is an associate in the firm’s corporate group. Her practice includes mergers & acquisitions, securities, and corporate governance matters. Hailey represents clients in merger and acquisition transactions involving private equity firms, privately held companies and public companies including the sale of founder-owned businesses, platform and add-on acquisitions for private equity firms and strategic acquisitions for public companies. Additionally, she advises on public company reporting requirements and the proxy process under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Hailey graduated magna cum laude from Stetson University College of Law and holds a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Butler University. While in law school, Hailey served as an Articles & Symposium Editor for the Stetson Law Review. Additionally, Hailey was a member of Stetson Law’s Moot Court Board and served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Mary Scriven at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
In her free time, Hailey enjoys running Bayshore, reading, and attending Tampa Bay Lightning games.
