Crotty is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience spanning Estate Planning, Taxation, and Corporate & Business Law. With a strategic and client-focused approach, he advises high-net-worth individuals and business entities on complex legal and regulatory matters. His practice includes structuring tax-efficient estate plans and guiding corporate clients through formation, governance, and succession. Known for practical insight and deep industry knowledge, Crotty delivers tailored legal solutions that align with each client’s unique objectives.

Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, Crotty was a partner at the law firm of Gassman, Crotty & Denicolo, P.A., where he worked as an attorney for 19 years. He earned his J.D. summa cum laude from Quinnipiac University, and an LL.M., in Estate Planning from the University of Miami. He received his B.A. from the University of California Davis. Crotty is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Tax Law. He is an active member of the Clearwater Bar Association participating in the Elder Law and Probate & Real Property sections.
