Overview

Ken Crotty focuses his practice on estate tax planning and business succession planning. He advises clients on a wide range of legal matters, including tax-minded estate plans, business formation and governance, succession planning, and charitable giving. Known for his technical skill and client-centered approach, Ken develops tailored legal strategies to help clients achieve long-term financial and personal goals.

Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson’s Trusts & Estates Group, Ken was a partner at Gassman, Crotty & Denicolo, P.A., where he practiced for 19 years. His experience spans both planning and administrative aspects of estates and trusts, with particular emphasis on navigating complex tax laws and regulatory considerations.

Ken is Board Certified in Tax Law by The Florida Bar and actively involved in the Clearwater Bar Association, where he participates in the Probate & Real Property sections.

Outside of the office, Ken enjoys spending time with his wife and children, cooking, and photography.
