Ryan D. Divers

Ryan Divers’ practice focuses on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions. He advises clients on transaction structuring, drafts and negotiates transaction-related documents, conducts legal due diligence, and counsels on corporate governance matters. His experience spans a variety of industries and transaction sizes.

Outside of his practice, Ryan enjoys skiing, playing guitar and piano, watching college and professional football, hockey, and baseball.
