Ryan D. Divers

Ryan is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Tax group. His practice generally focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate advice.

Before joining Hill Ward Henderson, Ryan worked for a large international law firm in New York City, where his practice primarily focused on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers and acquisitions, minority stake and growth equity investments, and other corporate matters. His experience spans a number of different industries, transaction structures, and transaction sizes.

Ryan is a Tampa native, and outside of the office he enjoys spending time with his friends and family and cheering for the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Tampa Bay Rays.
